Tuesday, March 14 from 5:45 – 6:30 p.m.
A representative from The Texas Coalition to Abolish the Death Penalty asked if Plymouth would host vigils on our property when there are executions scheduled at Huntsville State Prison. This means they would like to use our Louetta street-side space to stand peacefully with signs sharing opposition to capital punishment. Missions and Outreach answered their call by taking a proposal to Council that was approved. The first vigil is scheduled for March 7th, unless the scheduled execution is stayed, in which case, there will be no vigil. If you have any questions please feel free to contact the Missions & Outreach Team Co-Chairs, Terry Martinez Esquibel and Jane Winter at email@example.com or call Pastor Mak in the church office at 281-251-8147.
