World AIDS Day Worship Service
Friday, December 1 at 7:30 p.m.
Many of us have been affected personally by HIV/AIDS by contracting the disease or through the loss of a loved one. Please join us as we grieve together and renew our commitment to work for justice on behalf of those who are living with HIV/AIDS. The service will include special music, a time of meditation, and a candlelight vigil.
Advent Decorating & Church Clean Up
Saturday, December 2 at 9:00 a.m.
Our Advent decorating will be a fun time of putting up the Christmas tree, hanging “greens” to enliven the sanctuary, putting up Advent banners and other blue decorations. Come add your special touch to making the narthex extra welcoming, and put the magic in the sanctuary for this special time of waiting for Christmas. We need your magical touch!
We will be gathering at the church on Saturday, December 2nd to clean up and decorate the church for the Advent season! Some of the tasks will include, window cleaning, dusting, polishing, spot cleaning of rugs, vacuuming, kitchen cleaning, etc. All help is welcome! Please join us!
Advent Choir Retreat
Saturday, December 2 at 11:00 a.m.
Please join us for our Advent Choir Retreat; where we will practicing all our upcoming Advent season music. If you have been interested in trying out the Plymouth choir, this is your chance! All are welcome to join us, as we prepare for the upcoming season. Please bring a sack lunch; so we can eat together before the practice begins. Also, we encourage everyone to come early and help Plymouth decorate the sanctuary for the Advent season. See you there!

Annual White Elephant Gift Exchange Party

Mark your calendars!!! It’s time to get rid of that weird gift you were given last year that you just don’t know what to do with. Surely someone at Plymouth can use it right? Be on the lookout for more details coming soon! This year we will have a “Most Festive (or ugly) Christmas Attire” contest along with trophies! The most creative outfits will win!
Please bring a favorite Christmas dessert to share. PRC will be bringing Sugar Free and No Sugar Added options. We will also have a Hot Chocolate Bar and lots of festive Christmas music, with plenty of cheer! Come and join us for a great night of fellowship, fun and laughter.
Settegast Heights Christmas Party
Saturday, December 9 at 10:00 a.m.
SANTA CLAUS will be at the Settegast Heights Christmas Party! You are invited to be there too! As many as 200 kids will be kept busy with outdoor activities as well as visiting with Santa, eating lunch and doing an assortment of crafts. Their parents will be kept busy picking up the gifts that have so generously been provided by the member congregations. Come on down! You won’t be sorry! Christmas Joy is infectious!

Blue Christmas Worship Service
Sunday, December 17 at 6:00 p.m.
This worship service is designed to remember that Christmas is not always a celebrative season for everyone. For some, Christmas can be “blue” or sad because of losses or difficult memories. Please invite your friends to this service who may not be a part of the Plymouth Community.
Winter Solstice Labyrinth Walk
Thursday, December 21 at 7:30 p.m.
On Wednesday, December 21st at 7:30 we will be celebrating the Winter Solstice, the longest night of the year. This is the start of the solar year – a celebration of light and rebirth of the sun. We will say prayers, do some drumming, and walk the candlelit labyrinth. After which we will continue the celebration by making s’mores over a fire. We hope to see you there!
Christmas Eve Worship Services

Family Worship Service at 10:00 a.m.
This year our Family Christmas Eve Service will be at 10:00 a.m. Come join in the fun as we celebrate Christ’s birth with song and story.
Candlelight Worship Service at 7:30 p.m.
Our traditional Candlelight Christmas Eve service is at 7:30 p.m. This is a service of scripture, song, prayer, and communion. Please come and bring the whole family. Yes … all of them!
