Social Justice

The Social Justice team endeavors to provide leadership in certain ministries of compassion. This may take the form of education and information, or it may involve an engagement in a particular program in the church or community. This team is guided by the verse from the gospel of Matthew: “…in as much as you have done it to the least of these my children, you have done it to me.” Among the ministries the Social Justice team works with are the hungry, the homeless, the incarcerated and their families, and other marginalized populations among the community.
